Fauna Marin Ultra Power Phos is an iron-hydroxide based adsorber that safely removes phosphates and silicates from the aquarium. The pollutants are bound to the surface of Fauna Marin Ultra Power Phos and will not be released.

With Fauna Marin Ultra Power Phos you can maintain very low nutrient concentrations in your aquarium. Unwanted algae growth will be stopped and corals will show their natural colors.

Fauna Marin Ultra Power Phos is suitable for fresh and seawater applications.

Use

Make all changes to the aquarium gently and slowly!
Start with 100ml Fauna Marin Ultra Power Phos per 300 Liters of aquarium water.
After 5 days, the dose can be increased to 150ml per 300 liters.
Do not use more than 200ml per 300 liters of aquarium water.
Check the phosphate concentration regularly with a reliable test kit, for example from Merck / Rowa or Coral Shop (available soon!).
Refresh Fauna Marin Ultra Power Phos as soon as the phosphate level starts to rise again.
Do not use Fauna Marin Power Phos in aquariums with very low phosphate concentrations!
For best results and adsorption efficiency, place the material between two layers of filter wool or use a fluidized bed filter.
When using a fluid bed filter, consider the higher efficiency of the material.
Fauna Marin Ultra Power Phos gets warm when it is first submerged in water.
The water can temporarily get a red tint due to the fine substance that is bound to the material. However, this is not harmful and will disappear quickly.
Do not rinse before use.
