Shipping & Delivery

At Dutch Reef we use these methods:

Standard Service

Ordered before 2 pm will be delivered tomorrow (except on Saturday & Sunday, ordered Friday will be delivered on Monday)
Express Saver Next Day via UPS

24-hour express delivery
Shipping with UPS is mandatory for livestock, you will always be contacted first before the order is shipped
Fish, corals and invertebrates are only shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (in accordance with UPS regulations)
Delivery days are then always Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, you can indicate the appropriate day for you during the ordering process
Other products included in the same order will be shipped together with the livestock.
No indication of an arrival time is given, so make sure you are at home all day
Tracking your order

With the track & trace code from UPS you can see which part of the day your order will arrive. The code will be sent to you by email in the order confirmation email. Once ordered, the link will be active around 8 p.m.
