Aquatronics control units are the core of the systems. They are designed to meet the needs of every user, from the expert to the beginner just discovering the world of aquarium love. Thanks to the controllers, the user can program the desired settings and automate the maintenance of his aquarium quickly and easily.
The Aquatronica ACQ-115 Aquarium Evolution Controller is a central control unit that allows the user to configure and control all electrical settings present in an aquarium.
The control unit can be used for both fresh and salt water aquariums (or even at the same time).
The ACQ115 Controller Evolution is able to:

Its main feature is PC reprogramming which makes it possible to keep all functions up to date and to run or schedule them.
Having a graphical display provides optimal programming, constant review of collected data and monitoring of a graphical timeline.
This central unit gives the user the following functions.
Management of one or more aquariums
It is possible to create a system consisting of a controller and a number of power units (up to ten). This allows the user to manage multiple aquariums at the same time, even if they are very different from each other.
Manual plugs control (6-80 sockets)
The user can manually control each individual plug of the system. This makes it possible to carry out any kind of maintenance without physically disconnecting devices and accessories from the power supply.
Multi-timer function on each plug (16-160’s)
Via the Power Unit, this function controls the automatic switching on and off of pumps, neon and incandescent lamps, skimmers and other equipment.
This feature activates two or even three pumps alternately in repeating cycles, and can also be programmed with an alternating pause if desired.
This function activates two pumps alternately with fixed cycles of 6.15 hours each (time time).
This function regulates the heating cable under the gravel at intervals of 5 minutes per hour during the periods when it is normally not used (summer).
This function records the duration of a power failure. If a fault lasts longer than an hour, depending on its programming, the controller will deactivate outputs even after power has returned. Because pumps do not restart unexpectedly, there is also no risk of flooding.
Acoustic and visual alarms
It is possible to set one or more alarms to alert the user in case of an anomaly.
To organize scheduled checks. This function allows the user to set programs that can be repeated in cycles, an audible and visual signal can be activated at the set time.
Read and monitor parameters
Temperature (with supplied sensor) – pH-Redox – Fresh Water conductivity – Salt water density and Water Leakage. This function allows the user to measure and display the values (using the appropriate sensors and interfaces). Based on the values, the user can change the state of the plugs by enabling or disabling them in the program.
Automatic identification of the connected devices (Plug and Play)
This function automatically detects all original Aquatronica accessories connected to the system, and automatically activates the corresponding menu.
This function allows the user to connect the system to a PC, which makes program setting faster and easier. This interface allows the user to backup the data for future analysis.
This makes it possible to continuously update the software of the control unit. By using a PC connection, the user can update the system to the latest functions so that you always have the latest model and do not have to keep buying.
With this function you can control and manage Dimmable equipment connected to the system, such as the 0-10 V light modules or dim modules for piston pumps. The light modules can be used to adjust the neon light on intensity and burning hours, it is also possible to reproduce sunrise and sunset effects. The dimming modules can also be used on the piston pumps to reproduce the effects of waves or tides.
Thanks to the connectivity modules, the system can be monitored in remote mode (remotely). The Ethernet module allows you to monitor all readings via a web page and you will receive an email alert when any alarms are triggered. The SMS module allows you to communicate with the control unit from / to mobile phones when an alarm is triggered.
