Fauna Marin Ultra Life
Ultra Life from Fauna Marin is a very active natural clay mineral that absorbs nitrate, nitrite and phosphate. The pollutants will bind to the mineral and can then be removed by the skimmer. The large surface allows for easy colonization of bacteria. It has a unique ion exchange capacity. Ultra Life binds ammonia and ammonium very efficiently. It prevents nitrite and nitrate formation and reduces detritus. It also removes unwanted yellowness and toxins. Ultra Life increases the efficiency of the protein skimmer, especially when using foods rich in fat such as Sea Fan or Ultra Min F.
Dosage
Mix 1 teaspoon of Ultra Life in 100 ml of Reverse Osmosis or deionized water.
Shake well for 30 seconds.
The normal dosage of 10 ml for 40 liters of water can be increased to three times.
In newly established marine aquariums or when introducing new fish, you can increase the normal dose twice.
In marine aquariums with a high NO2, NH3, NH4 concentration, use the fourfold dose daily until the nutrient content drops.
Ultra Life is a natural product that can be very useful in many cases, but it is not a substitute for regular water changes.
